Feiyutech’s brief was for us to help them increase e-commerce sales, retail listings, brand and product awareness via paid and organic social. We also offered mentoring support for their retailers and real time supported in-store events with live content.
Our creative content strategy focussed on the tech as part of a ‘Feiyutech lifestyle’ and we pushed the reach beyond our KPIs using a combination of owned and user generated content. Social community management also become a significant part of our role as engagement increased.
Paid campaigns saw an impressive return, with an average CPC of just 10p on minimal spend.
